Provides a safe, neutral, child-focused group setting for visits and exchanges between a child and a non-custodial parent or relative, in situations where there is a concern for the safety of the child and/or the custodial parent. It gives integrity to orders of the court where enforcement may be an issue, provide a creative means of dealing with access disputes and provide factual reports to the court of the participants’ use of the service.
